ACCREDITATION STANDARDS FOR TEFL COURSES

Established TEFL Quality Standards

TEFL CERTIFICATE

Accredited by ITEFLAC

As a TEFL or TESOL course provider, you're committed to delivering high-quality training to your students. But how do you assure the public, employers, and other stakeholders that your training meets established quality standards? The answer is accreditation by the International TEFL Accreditation Council (ITEFLAC).

ITEFLAC is a global quality assurance agency that grants accreditation to TEFL & TESOL course providers who meet its rigorous standards. Our accreditation process is voluntary and non-governmental, and it demonstrates your commitment to continuous improvement and high TEFL standards.

Our accreditation process consists of a set of key performance indicators (Standards & Evidence) split into eight main areas, including premises, governance, learning, quality assurance, student welfare, awards and qualifications, marketing and recruitment, and systems management. To satisfy these areas, you'll need to provide supporting documentation that demonstrates your compliance with the standards.
